HEALTH AND HOLINESS

Whole-Person Wellness Coaching | 13 Weeks

Get your body and soul into a new rhythm of life. Over 13 weeks, you’ll improve the ways you eat, move, pray and manage daily stress.

Weeks 1–8: Anchor Habits

We’ll start with small steps for better nutrition and movement. Once a week we’ll have a group coaching call, so that’s a great time to ask questions.

Week 9–12: Fine-Tuning

By now, your anchor habits will start to feel natural. We’ll build on that with the emotional side of wellness, like stress management.

Week 13: Wrapping Up

Time to celebrate your progress! Then we’ll discuss a post-program plan to keep your habits going.

Emotional Wellness Coaching | 8 Weeks

This program focuses on the emotional and spiritual sides of wellness. Break free of negative mindsets and experience prayer as a source of healing.

Weeks 1–2: Connect with God

You’ll begin by laying a foundation of prayer and self-awareness, preparing to be led by the Holy Spirit in the weeks ahead.

Weeks 3–6: Release the Baggage

At this point you’ll start letting go of thought patterns that hold you back, shifting your mindset to align with God’s truth. These weeks also focus on releasing pain, regret, and past hurts.

Week 7–8: Begin a New Chapter

Once you let go of what pulls you down, it’s time to rise back up. You’ll learn how to keep walking with God using a daily emotional wellness practice.
