Whole-Person Wellness Coaching | 13 Weeks
Get your body and soul into a new rhythm of life. Over 13 weeks, you’ll improve the ways you eat, move, pray and manage daily stress.
Weeks 1–8: Anchor Habits
We’ll start with small steps for better nutrition and movement. Once a week we’ll have a group coaching call, so that’s a great time to ask questions.
Week 9–12: Fine-Tuning
By now, your anchor habits will start to feel natural. We’ll build on that with the emotional side of wellness, like stress management.
Week 13: Wrapping Up
Time to celebrate your progress! Then we’ll discuss a post-program plan to keep your habits going.
