TRUE WELLNESS

NEEDS GRACE

You want to have healthier habits. But you can never quite get there.

You grab quick, processed food or skip meals. You start workouts but never stick with them. You live under a constant cloud of stress.

The world says if you just work harder or find the right life hacks, you’ll reach that elusive state of “thriving.”

THE CATHOLIC WAY

God made you both body and soul. Prayer, nutrition, movement—they all work together. But how?

That’s where I can help you.

MY SPECIALITY:

CATHOLIC WELLNESS

Hi, I’m Lindsay.

I coach people who want to live a healthier life centered in Christ. I also give talks and lead retreats. When you work with me, I don’t give you a cookie cutter plan with prayer sprinkled on top. You get a personal approach that’s Catholic.

We’ll focus on making shifts to your nutrition, lifestyle, and mental habits—because little changes lead to big graces.

WHAT SHAPES MY COACHING STYLE
  • Over one decade of working as a fitness athlete, strength and health coach
  • My experience of struggling with self-image and food
  • St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body
  • The Church’s teachings on the human person and virtue
